百年工藝•富果蜜香

本次選用來自斯貝塞知名酒廠The Baxxxxie的湯匙桶酒液，過往多以 Burnside之名為人所熟知，此次則特別標註為「Side-Burn」，作為風格與命名上的巧妙幽默。

酒標設計靈感取自酒廠於1987年發行的官方裝瓶50年老酒，向高年份裝瓶所展現的優雅與底蘊致敬。

由 Thompson Bros. 嚴選蒸餾於1989年、熟成35年的酒廠湯匙桶原酒，經歲月淬鍊，經典的蜂蜜甜香更顯圓潤細緻；層層堆疊的成熟果香與蠟質感，伴隨一絲若有似無的海鹽氣息點綴其間，彷彿漫步於秋日果園之中，令人陶醉。


品飲筆記

香氣：豐富果香，伴隨著濃郁礦物氣息。水果沙拉、蘋果、西洋梨、蜂蜜、香草、海鹽。

口感：圓潤果感、成熟洋梨、成熟蘋果、熟香蕉、些許蠟質、蜂蜜、香草，充足的果汁感、辛香料。

尾韻：餘韻悠長，濃郁的蠟質感與辛香料。苦甜交織，相當平衡。
