酒吧＆酒款介紹

廣島 Bar Tre：

於2011年開業，座落於廣島市中心，是一家只有9個座位的迷你酒吧。老闆倉橋先生除了是專業的Bartender，同時也是位藝術家，他親手打造酒吧空間有如藝廊一般，融合東方與西方極簡之美，店內的菜單與每次選桶的酒標更是親自繪製，帶有強烈個人風格色彩！

2021年他在原酒吧的二樓開設了二店，有更大的空間讓愛好者盡情享受超過1000種的蘭姆酒與威士忌。


京都 Rum & Whisky：

貞本先生於1999年開立的Rum & Whisky是一個只有10個座位的酒吧，卻囊括各種世代、產區、類型的蘭姆酒，同時包括他甄選的威士忌，玩轉於威士忌與蘭姆酒的風味極限；店內的吉祥物是『樹懶』，在每款他的作品酒標中都可以看到蹤影，貞本先生的選桶也成為日本蘭姆酒界的指標性品牌。


台南威夢旅人 WhiSky PicNic：

坐落於歷史府城台南的威夢旅人，是一個專業的威士忌酒吧，店內囊括超過八百種威士忌及蘭姆酒單杯選擇，並提供以酒入菜的特色私廚料理；酒吧每年度更有選桶發行，除了優秀的威士忌外，更有跨足蘭姆酒選品，在南臺灣是舉足輕重的專業酒吧之一。


此次台日酒吧三方跨界合作，選擇來自千里達消逝的酒廠 Ten Cane，以新鮮甘蔗汁做為生產原料，2008年蒸餾，經過8年的熱帶熟成加上9年的歐陸熟成，帶出豐富的熱帶水果、紫羅蘭與甜美蜂蜜，農業型蘭姆酒的豐富層次與燉煮水果相互交疊，如同三方酒吧共舞，在口中優雅且有深度的躍動。


品飲筆記：

香氣：蜜汁火腿、熱帶水果、紫羅蘭、燉煮水果、藥草、橙花、可可、咖啡、肉桂、百花蜜、桂圓、檳榔花。

口感：燉煮水果、蜂蜜、桂圓、肉桂、果醬、藥草、蜜汁火腿、月桂葉。

尾韻：蜜汁火腿、月桂葉、青草茶、藥草、蘆筍汁。
