此次 Thompson Bros. 選用來自艾雷島知名酒廠 Lapxxxxxg 的酒液，並以匿名方式標示為「Williamson」。酒款採用來自西班牙安達盧西亞南部—馬拉加省（Malaga）的Malaga

葡萄甜酒桶進行二次熟成。該甜酒以Pedro Ximenez與Moscatel兩種葡萄混釀聞名，甜潤而富層次。

歷經長達兩年的二次熟成，濃厚的艾雷島煙燻泥煤，與 Malaga 甜酒桶所帶來的甜美、燉煮水果與酒香完美交融，不僅取得絕佳平衡，更意外引出迷人的鹹鮮旨味，層次豐富而耐人尋味。酒標設計靈感源自西班牙安達盧西亞漁港與艾雷島漁港風情的巧妙結合，透過俏皮的像素風格呈現，讓兩地海岸文化在畫面中自然交會。這是一款將西班牙甜酒的柔美，與艾雷島煙燻泥煤的奔放完美融合的威士忌之作，風格鮮明、極具個性，絕對值得一試。

香氣：標誌性的漁港、焦油氣息、楓糖漿、焦糖餅乾、黑芝麻、黑糖、核桃碎、煙燻鱈魚、糖漬杏桃、椰棗、味噌、鹹鮮感。

口感：風味濃郁，早餐紅茶、椰棗、薑泥、紅味噌、鹹甜醬油、焦油與泥煤煙燻，恰到好處的甜美平衡。
