香氣：奶油甜甜圈、焦糖消化餅乾、杏仁、生薑、肉荳蔻、柑橘、酸種麵包。

口感：檀香木質辛香、灑滿胡椒的燻牛肉、新鮮生薑、新割草皮、煙燻柑橘果醬。

尾韻：高地區西海岸的泥煤、天竺葵、檀香、黑胡椒。


艾德麥康雖然是新酒廠，但目前的表現已足夠讓人驚艷，並期待未來風味發展，不知不覺已經看到超過5年的單桶了，時間過真快！
