香氣：白胡椒、花粉、洋甘菊、乾稻草、杏桃、香草莢、腐植土、苔蘚。

口感：辛香木質、芒果乾、香蕉麵包、海鹽酸味洋芋片、質地像是斯洛維尼亞白葡萄酒。

尾韻：梨子汁、鳳梨乾、烘烤香草、溫和的木質辛香。


由兩間已關廠的低地穀物酒廠威士忌調和而成 (Carsebridge & North of Scotland ) 。先前已經裝過好幾款以Carsebridge為主的穀物威士忌，款款熱銷，穀物威士忌愛好者不能放過的一個系列！
