這款 Orkney 2011/2025 是由 Thompson Bros. 精選的單桶威士忌，來自蘇格蘭著名的 Orkney 群島，極可能出自 Highland Park 酒廠。初期熟成於 美國白橡木桶 長達 10 年，隨後轉桶至來自法國大香檳區的 干邑橡木桶，進一步賦予其濃郁果香與層次感。
