Delivery Policy

Delivery and In-Store Pickup Service

Thank you for choosing MaltCask! We provide flexible delivery and in-store pickup services. Please see the details below:

1. Local Delivery Service and Fees

(1) Order Processing and Delivery Time

  • Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days (cutoff time: 2:00 PM daily, Monday to Sunday, excluding public holidays).
  • Delivery takes approximately 1-2 days (excluding public holidays) and is arranged by SF Express.
  • All deliveries are subject to the terms and conditions of SF Express.

(2) Delivery Areas

  • Delivery is available across Hong Kong, including restaurants and hotels.
  • If the delivery location does not have an elevator, the courier will contact the recipient for ground-floor collection.
  • For outlying islands such as Lantau Island, Chek Lap Kok, Lamma Island, and Cheung Chau, please call to inquire about shipping fees.

(3) Arrangements for Adverse Weather

  • If typhoon signals, red or black rainstorm warnings are in effect, or if we determine that delivery is unsafe due to weather conditions, deliveries will be postponed. We will contact you to reschedule the delivery.

(4) Order Consolidation Service

  • If your orders have not yet been shipped, you may contact our customer service team to request order consolidation, and we will do our best to assist.

(5) Important Notes

  • If no one is available to receive the shipment at the delivery address, a re-delivery will be arranged, and additional delivery fees will apply.
  • The recipient must be 18 years old or above. If an authorized person collects the order on behalf of the recipient, MaltCask will not be held responsible for any risks or losses involved.

2. Delivery Fees

  • Orders over HK$1200 (excluding specified items) qualify for free local delivery.
  • For orders under HK$1200 or specified items, delivery fees will be determined and charged by SF Express based on the product’s size and weight. Please refer to the courier's terms for details.

3. In-Store Pickup

We offer a convenient “In-Store Pickup” service, allowing you to collect your favorite whiskies with ease.

(1) Pickup Process

  • Place your order on the MaltCask online store, and after receiving our confirmation email and pickup notification, collect your order within one week at our store.
  • If same-day pickup is needed, please specify in your order.
  • This service is only available at our physical store, and all products are eligible for in-store pickup.

(2) Storage Service

  • For your convenience, we can store your orders for up to 3 months, especially for overseas customers.
  • Please specify your pickup date in the order to ensure proper arrangements.

(3) Store Hours and Address

  • Store Hours:
    • Monday to Saturday: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
    • Sunday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Address: G/F, 169 Sai Yeung Choi Street North, Prince Edward, Kowloon

(4) Pickup Requirements

  • Please present your order pickup email when collecting your order.
