來自以色列特拉維夫，2023 WWA 世界最佳單一麥芽威士忌得主—— Milk & Honey Distillery 最新一批產品已經到貨，歡迎到Online shop落單，部份單杯亦已開🥃！
到貨包括台灣專屬單桶、高達70%嘅5年 Ex-islay Cask、5年Peated Cask，有不少特別桶，如石榴酒桶、紅酒桶、乾邑桶等等，有些酒款只得一兩支……. 大家趕快入手啦！

為甚麼 M&H威士忌可以去到70%？
因為以色列的天氣乾燥而高溫，從而令到威士忌原酒內的水份蒸發得比酒精快，所以酒精比例逐漸上升。
反之，我們熟悉的蘇格蘭威士忌，地理位置潮濕而寒冷，2%左右的Angel Share 令威士忌緩慢熟成，酒精濃度通常隨時間往下跌。
