《秩父》 2025台灣限定單桶「童話故事標 - 大野狼」

Spirits Shop' Selection 特別推出兩款日本秩父蒸餾所的台灣限定單桶，以經典童話「小紅帽與大野狼」為主題，邀請兩位台灣插畫家顧萱與郭墨聯合繪製酒標。顧萱負責小紅帽，郭墨則詮釋大野狼，兩人雖為首次合作，但彼此獨特的風格卻能展現出完美的童話氛圍。現居美國洛杉磯的郭墨活躍於動畫與插畫領域，曾參與《馬男波傑克》等作品，此次以漫畫分鏡般詼諧又 誕的視角描繪大野狼；居住在台灣的顧萱則以溫柔且堅定的筆觸賦予小紅帽勇敢主動的新形象，讓她不再是等待拯救的角色。

桶號#9793為2018年蒸餾的秩父單一麥芽威士忌，熟成於首次裝填的葡萄酒桶。畫面呈現出小紅帽的視角，看到那蠢萌卻帶點詼諧的大野狼模樣，為經典童話注入全新想像。


品飲筆記：
聞香：覆盆莓、黑醋栗、紅葡萄皮、蜜番茄、葡萄乾、黑棗乾、西梅乾、甘草、皮革、蜂蜜
口感：黑櫻桃、深色莓果醬、黑巧克力、辛香料、明顯木質感紅茶、肉桂、煙燻烤牛肉
尾韻：中長尾韻，果乾與黑巧克力及乾淨的丹寧感縈繞，結尾帶有淡淡的蜂蜜、麥芽與甘草回甘。

此款單桶熟成於葡萄酒桶、酒質細緻複雜且極具陳年潛力。其台灣限定發行、稀量性極高，既適合珍藏亦非常適合細細品味。

 

秩父 Ichiro’s Malt

秩父蒸餾廠成立於2008年，旗下生產的威士忌種類多元，包括單一木桶、單一麥芽、調和式麥芽以及調和式威士忌，並特別採用平鋪式倉庫來為威士忌酒桶進行熟成。
