創立於1975年的 Allt a Bhainne，作為調和威士忌重要原酒供應酒廠，多數時候只活躍於幕後，低調卻不平凡。本次《不朽之歌》第二十六章採用這座酒廠極為稀有的1995年蒸餾單桶，經歷31年的豬頭桶熟成，充分演繹這家斯貝賽酒廠的深度與多樣性。

此款酒液由知名 Podcast 《業務用威士忌指南》主持人及現役蒸餾師 David 精挑細選，攜手威士忌坊強力推薦。陳年的豬頭桶為扎實的酒體增添一層細膩壯麗的風味，酒體輕柔卻不失厚實，花蜜、熟梨與複雜果香逐層浮現，最後則以獨特的鹹鮮感與蠟質尾韻收尾，品味迷人又深邃。
