Alness (Peated Dalmore + Teaninich)

本次裝瓶精選來自高地區兩家知名酒廠的調和作品，皆位於Alness地區：其一為Dalmore稀有重泥煤單桶，另一為以初填波本桶熟成的Teaninich單桶。

兩款酒液在調和後展現出鮮明且和諧的風味交織，呈現出細緻柔和的泥煤氣息，同時伴隨充沛的柑橘與青蘋果調性，整體風格清新明亮，如同果汁般的活潑口感。

酒標設計靈感源自於常以象徵Dalmore的雄鹿與代表Teaninich的海豚，兩種意象融合後幻化為全新生物，象徵兩間酒廠風格碰撞後所誕生的活潑躍動風味體現。


品飲筆記

香氣：肉桂蘋果、香蕉奶昔、柑橘皮、檸檬清香、鹽漬酸豆、鹹鮮風味、香草、蜂蜜、花香、椰子、細絲泥煤融合細膩果香。

口感：口感圓融、清涼感、香草優格、淡雅泥煤、煙燻、檀香、椰子、奇異果、青蘋果、酸甜平衡。

尾韻：悠長平衡，柔和木質、辛香料與水果酸甜。
