Ardbeg 25 Year Old | Director’s Special for Whisky Show Old & Rare 2019

此款 25 年的 Ardbeg 由 Elixir Distillers 裝瓶，屬於 Single Malts of Scotland Director's Special 系列，為紀念 Whisky Show: Old & Rare 第三屆特別推出。這是一款經典的 90 年代 Ardbeg，融合了煙燻、鹽水、果香與柏油的風味，讓人聯想到酒廠旁的海岸景致。

製造商品飲筆記

香氣（Nose）：
一陣煙管煙草香撲鼻而來。隨著煙霧散去，果園的景象浮現，充滿杏子與梨的香氣。柏油繩索與沾滿灰塵的藤椅圍繞在海灘篝火旁。加水後，彷彿享用檸檬蛋糕搭配一杯甜美的正山小種茶。
口感（Palate）：
燃燒的橡木屑香氣主導，烤蔬菜（甜椒與櫛瓜）撒上海鹽與現磨黑胡椒。隨著時間推移，辛香與蔬菜氣息轉化為甘草與濃郁的單寧感。
尾韻（Finish）：
篝火熄滅，僅餘木灰，甜美的柔軟水果與榛果風味再次浮現。

鹽水與篝火氣息，彷彿海灘上的農場乾草在燃燒。碎石與岩池的礦物氣息過後，蘋果、梨與乾杏的甜美香氣逐漸湧現。檸檬雪酪的清新感堆疊，伴隨更多礦物質與柔和的薄荷氣息。
口感（Palate）：
入口清新活潑，糖漬檸檬的甜美隨即被燃燒的泥煤與乾草覆蓋。甘草根與涼爽的薄荷平衡了燉蘋果與一絲黑醋栗的果香。胡椒辛香逐漸增強，橄欖油與鹽水的風味隨之展開。
尾韻（Finish）：
甘草、青草與微微刺舌的辛香交替，最後留下煤灰與薄荷杏仁糖的餘味。
評論（Comment）：
雖然不像某些 20 多年的 Ardbeg 那樣柔和，但它依然擁有應有的優雅。這款酒充滿力量、特質鮮明且極其美味。
