香氣： 濃郁且有力，以乾燥藥草泥煤和強烈煙燻為主調，隨後展現更多穀物香氣（大麥）、鹹鮮感和果香（橙皮、杏乾）。經過醒酒後，逐漸轉為巧克力與辛香料（丁香、辣椒粉）氣息。

外觀： 古金色帶銅色光澤。

口感： 濃縮且順滑，泥煤變得更溫和，展現根茎類（龍膽草）和乳香風味（大麥粥）。隨著風味發展，帶出熱帶水果（熟香蕉）、蜂蜜（薰衣草）以及花香（金雀花、含羞草）。整體始終隱藏在一層淡淡的煙燻（燃燒的雪茄）之中。

整體： 和諧且圓熟，以藥感（碘酒）開場，泥煤逐漸消散後呈現出更顯植物性的鹽沼氣息。田園風和礦物感（板岩）交織，回香凸顯了Ardmore單一麥芽威士忌的實力與鮮明個性。


Nose : Rich and powerful. Initially, blocks of dry, herbal peat and intense smoke dominate the aromatic palette. Then, it evolves toward more cereal-driven (barley), saline, and fruity notes (orange zest, apricot). With aeration, it becomes chocolatey and spicy (clove, Cayenne pepper).

Appearance : vieil or à reflets cuivrés.


Palate : Concentrated and smooth. Less dominant but still present, the peat expresses itself with more rooty (gentian) and lactic (barley porridge) notes. Over time, the flavour profile turns tropical (ripe banana), honeyed (lavender), and floral (broom, mimosa). This evolution remains veiled in a gentle layer of smoke (burning cigar).


Overall : Serene and accomplished. Starting on medicinal notes (iodine tincture), the peat gradually fades to reveal more vegetal notes reminiscent of salt meadows. Both pastoral and mineral (slate), the retro-olfaction highlights all the power and strong personality of Ardmore’s single malt.
