威士忌於 2010 年蒸餾，熟成於 雪莉桶（Sherry Butt #5460） 長達 14 年，並以 56.7% 原桶強度 裝瓶，展現高地泥煤威士忌的煙燻、果香與雪莉桶風味的完美融合，極具收藏價值。

此款威士忌以濃郁的 煙燻灰燼與果實甜感 為主調，輔以麥芽與堅果風味，層次分明，展現令人驚艷的熟成完成度，非常適合喜愛泥煤與雪莉桶風味的威士忌愛好者。

此次為紀念酒吧創立 28 週年，特別邀請 The Whiskyfind 威士忌坊 操刀選桶，打造專屬紀念威士忌，以雪莉桶熟成的高地泥煤風格，完美呈現酒吧的蘇格蘭靈魂。
