Bimber 2016 Ex-Bourbon Single Cask #12 是英國倫敦 Bimber 酒廠 的經典之作，採用 Ex-Bourbon Cask (前波本桶) 熟成，於 2020年 裝瓶，酒精濃度高達 58.7%，僅限量發布，為威士忌愛好者提供一款珍稀的單桶威士忌體驗。

Bimber 酒廠成立於 2015年，由 Dariusz Plazewski 與 Ewelina 共同創建，成為倫敦百年來首座新成立的麥芽威士忌酒廠。他們以英國本地大麥為原料，採用傳統直火蒸餾與橡木發酵槽，打造出一系列風味純淨且細膩的威士忌酒款。這款 2016年裝桶的單一麥芽威士忌，展現了濃郁的果香、香料與木質層次，是收藏與品飲的不二選擇。
