風味特色

香氣（Nose）
標準的PX雪莉桶香氣撲鼻而來，甜實的太妃糖與糖漬果乾、融合新鮮熱帶水果的芳香。 隨後，清新的木質香氣與果核韻味 緩緩浮現，增添了優雅的層次感。

口感（Palate）
入口甜而不膩，酒體厚實且帶有些許蠟質感，充滿平衡感。 初嘗時能感受到 糖漬果乾與甘草糖 的甜韻，隨後漸漸釋放出 辛香料與微微的胡椒感，增添了豐富的味覺層次。

尾韻（Finish）
尾韻極為悠長，果乾的甜韻持續不斷，並伴隨著香料棒、薄荷與胡椒的微辛尾調。 整體餘韻飽滿且細膩，完美地延續了口感的豐富性與甜美感。

關於 Bimber 酒廠

Bimber 酒廠 位於倫敦西部的 Park Royal 區，創立於 2015 年，由來自波蘭的 Dariusz Plazewski 與 Ewelina 共同創辦。Dariusz 的威士忌熱情源於他的祖父，後者曾在波蘭自釀烈酒。Bimber 酒廠於 2016 年 5 月 26 日 開始灌桶儲存，並於 2019 年 9 月 推出首款單一麥芽威士忌，成為百年來第一款在倫敦蒸餾和裝瓶的威士忌。

Bimber 酒廠的威士忌以其 小型批次生產、手工工藝 和 高熟成度 著稱，雖然酒齡不高，但其風味卻能媲美熟成 12-15 年的蘇格蘭威士忌，展現出與眾不同的 辛香料感與油酯感，讓人印象深刻。
