本作為 Cask Le Sens 成立 5 週年紀念裝瓶，特別攜手認識超過 10 年的好友——Craigellachie 傳奇酒吧 Highlander Inn 老闆皆川達也先生（Tatsuya Minagawa）聯合推出。

這款 Bruichladdich 2008/2026 17 年單桶作品，不僅紀念皆川先生與 Richard、Winnie 之間深厚的十年情誼，也象徵他們對艾雷島 Bruichladdich 酒廠的共同熱愛。

選自 Bourbon Barrel #2590，歷經 17 年熟成，以 52.7% 原桶強度裝瓶。高品質波本桶賦予酒液純淨、明亮且飽滿的果香輪廓，展現典型而工整的波本桶布萊迪風格。

▍ 品飲筆記

香氣：
柑橘與核果香氣鮮明，油桃、芒果與鳳梨層層堆疊。伴隨香草海綿蛋糕、奶油、橘皮、白胡椒與蘋果捲氣息。隱約浮現蜂蠟、橙花、草本植物與硬質熟成起司的細緻風味。

口感：
酒體飽滿圓潤。柑橘與油桃、杏桃、橘子等核果風味交織展開。橘皮與柳橙海綿蛋糕調性增添甜潤層次，並帶有一絲乳製品般的滑順質地。尾段呈現乾草、麥芽與白胡椒辛香。

總評：
這是一款工整且典型的波本桶 Bruichladdich。相較部分獨立裝瓶常見的濃厚起司與強烈 funky 調性，本作更加乾淨明亮。優質波本桶讓果香充分綻放，同時帶來更飽滿的酒體與細緻奶油般口感。
