酒款簡介

繼去年推出的紀念裝瓶後，The Whiskyfind 再次為日本威士忌界的重要年度盛事——秩父祭 (Chichibu Whisk(e)y Matsuri) 推出全新 JAZZIN 系列 紀念酒款。

2020 年的 Jazzin 系列是一款 13 年 Blended Malt 威士忌，結合了來自 Fettercairn、Craigellachie 和 Aultmore 三家 Speyside 蒸餾廠於 2006 年蒸餾 的波本桶佳釀，展現了豐富層次與活力並存的獨特風味。

此款威士忌於日本上市首日即售罄，香港地區更是限量供應，成為收藏家與威士忌迷爭相搶購的珍品。

品飲筆記

香氣（Nose）：
香草與木質香氣撲鼻而來，融合新鮮的熱帶水果、加鹽奶油、檸檬與胭脂般的果香，隱約帶有清新的香料與薄荷氣息，尾端點綴一絲淡淡土壤的氣息。
口感（Palate）：
入口細膩順滑，展現榛果、糖漿與堅果的豐富層次。隨後是花蜜、香草與瓜果的甜美味道，酒體絲滑油潤，結構感飽滿且帶有豐富的「肉感」，與波本桶的熟成果香完美結合。
尾韻（Finish）：
尾韻悠長而優雅，白巧克力與奶油的柔和甜美交融，伴隨乳脂感與柴火煙燻的細膩餘味。最後以香草與馥郁果香收尾，餘韻令人回味無窮。
