位於蘇格蘭高地區（Highlands）的 Clynelish 酒廠創立於 1819 年（現行廠房建於 1967 年），隸屬帝亞吉歐（Diageo）集團，是 Johnnie Walker 高端調和威士忌不可或缺的核心基酒。酒廠以標誌性的蠟質（Waxy）與豐富果香聞名，伴隨蜜蠟、柑橘與白色水果的層次感；加上酒標上極具辨識度的蘇格蘭山貓，令它在威士忌飲家之間擁有「小山貓」的親切暱稱。其獨特風格長年深受飲家喜愛，堪稱日常品飲的極緻經典。


今次這款 Clynelish，是 Cask Le Sens 與 The WhiskyFind 繼去年首度合作選出 Inchgower 後的第二彈聯名作品。全熟成於波本桶，完美呈現酒廠的鮮明風格— 酒體兼具標誌性蠟質感與飽滿果香，交織著細緻乳脂感；入口綿密滑順，蜂蜜與果實甜香層層推進，尾段帶些許礦物感與可可餘韻。豐富的層次配合輕盈綿密的質地，令人忍不住一杯接一杯，難以抗拒。

香氣：乳脂、白花、黃色水果、蠟質、加鹽奶油、花蜜、香草、微弱皮毛氣息、丁香。
