Craigellachie 17 年 是斯佩塞區的經典代表，以其 堅毅且充滿個性的風格 著稱。此款威士忌由 Ex-Bourbon 與 Ex-Sherry 桶 熟成，並經過 50% 首次填充 Sherry 桶 與 50% 首次填充 Bourbon 桶 的精心調配，最終以 46% ABV 裝瓶，保持自然風味且不經冷凝過濾，忠實呈現酒液的原始特性。

Craigellachie 以其濃郁的麥芽風味與淡淡的菠蘿果香而聞名，再加上煙燻與蜜糖的層次，為威士忌愛好者帶來多層次又平衡的品飲體驗。

Craigellachie 酒廠的一大特色是使用傳統的蟲桶冷凝器（worm tubs），這種老式冷凝技術能讓蒸餾出的酒液更加厚重，並賦予威士忌更豐富的層次感。相比現代的殼管式冷凝器，蟲桶冷凝器保留了更多風味物質，讓Craigellachie 的威士忌擁有獨特的濃郁風味。
