Dailuaine 2007 13yo, matured exclusively in a single refill Oloroso sherry butt.

This is a wild, unruly dram. On the nose we discover Seville orange peel, sunflower seed, tobacco leaf, mesquite woodchip, Bloody Mary and even brown sauce. The palate takes an unexpected turn toward tiramisu, pecan nuts, maple syrup and minty pan drops.

A complex tour de force of a whisky with a satisfying finish.
