Dornoch Distillery 位於蘇格蘭高地，由 Thompson Bros 於 2016 年創立，致力於以最傳統的釀造方式，打造風味純粹且細膩的威士忌。酒廠採用蘇格蘭 最長的發酵時間，透過低溫慢速的自然發酵，讓風味更為豐富細緻；再加上傳統蒸餾技術與小型蒸餾器，確保每一滴酒液都保留了最高純度的風味表現。

Dornoch Distillery 的規模雖然不大，但其高品質的酒款早已在威士忌界贏得高度評價，成為許多威士忌愛好者與收藏家追捧的對象。無論是當地陳年桶藏，還是全球範圍內的私人桶藏，都證明了其在市場上的稀有性與價值。


品飲筆記

香氣：檸檬水與胭脂清爽襲來，帶有秘魯聖木茶般嘅優雅煙燻與白花香氣，猶如微風輕拂。
口感：入口甜美如水果軟糖與棉花糖，混合雲呢拿、新鮮奶油與蜂蜜，仲有青檸嘅清新與乾草、胡椒嘅層次感。
尾韻：悠長蠟質口感，蜂蜜與新鮮奶油嘅餘韻久久不散，令人回味無窮。
