這款 Whisky Sponge Edition No.31 是系列中最「顛覆常規」的一款，來自 2003 年的 Edradour，於 refill hogshead（豬頭桶） 熟成 18 年。特別的是，此桶曾用於熟成一款老年份的 Signatory 威士忌，賦予酒液獨特的風味層次。裝瓶時特意採用 53% 的酒精濃度，以充分呈現這款威士忌的瘋狂個性與豐富的味覺體驗。
