Glen Elgin - 老山羊的微笑 

此次Thompson Bros.選用來自斯佩塞的格蘭愛琴（Glen Elgin）原酒。

酒標以一隻露出微笑的老山羊為主角。酒廠所在的Elgin與Moray一帶，自古便是蘇格蘭重要的農牧區域，因此巧妙取當地畜牧意象，以山羊入畫，為這款威士忌添上一抹有趣而鮮明的地域色彩。

本作蒸餾於 2007年，選用豬頭桶熟成，歷經19年歲月淬鍊。酒廠特有的蟲桶冷凝工藝，在長時間熟成後，依然保有飽滿豐富的酒體。

香氣首先展現青蘋果、洋梨與砂糖橘的清新果香，隨後浮現粉筆與礦物氣息，細緻而純淨的風格，令人聯想到1996年某知名高地酒廠作品所展現的迷人香氣。

入口後，燉煮水果的甜潤逐漸展開，橡木帶來柔和的香草甜感，伴隨奶油甜點與檸檬皮的清新層次；尾韻則以一抹薄荷般的涼感收尾，讓成熟果實的甜美與清爽感取得漂亮平衡。如此清新、甜美又帶著一點俏皮的風格，就連老山羊喝了，都忍不住露出一抹微笑。

口感：燉煮水果、橡木香草甜感、杏仁、奶油蛋捲、蕨類植物氣息。
