這款 Kilchoman 2014/2024 9YO 100% Islay Cask Bourbon Barrel 是由大第洋行與 HNWS 聯合挑選的限量作品，熟成於單一的波本桶中，展現了 Kilchoman 的 果香、泥煤與煙燻層次。Kilchoman 是 Islay 島上唯一一間生產 Single Farm Single Malt 的酒廠，所有原料均採自酒廠自有農場，並強調傳統農場蒸餾的工藝與精神。

這款酒的獨特之處在於其製程與風格——使用 Islay 本地種植與發芽的大麥，經過獨特的泥煤燻製，大地的氣息與水果香氣完美交融，每一口都讓人彷彿置身 Islay 島的海岸線。

🍎 香氣 (Nose)：
開瓶時散發出細緻的木質與大地土壤氣息，隨著空氣接觸，逐漸釋放鳳梨、土芒果、蘋果、白蘇維翁葡萄酒、杏仁的香氣，泥煤與果香融合得非常和諧。

🥜 口感 (Palate)：
入口帶有淡淡的鹹感，伴隨奶油酥餅、堅果與甜美果香，還有一絲薄荷帶來的涼感，酒體油脂飽滿，咀嚼感十足。

🥭 尾韻 (Finish)：
