Lagavulin 12 年 2021 版為 Diageo Special Releases 系列的一員，該年度主題為 “Legends Untold”。酒標上的燃燒獅子圖騰象徵力量與勇氣，呼應此酒強烈而鮮明的個性。

本款熟成於 Refill American Oak Casks，並以 56.5% 原酒強度 裝瓶，完整保留 Lagavulin 經典的煙燻泥煤與海洋鹹香特質。

相較常態版，12 年特別版更直接呈現酒廠本質風格，煙燻張力鮮明，同時透過橡木熟成帶來更細緻的木質與甜香層次，適合喜愛高強度 Islay 風格的愛好者。

▍品飲筆記

香氣（Nose）

煙燻味適中，帶有沿海氣息與遠處篝火的淡淡燒烤香，還有些許新鮮石灰的清新感，隱約透出一絲培根脆片的鹹香。

口感（Palate）

入口充滿黑胡椒的辛香，鹽水與木煙的氣味交織，結合一些木質單寧，最後轉為甜美的拖肥糖味，平衡感十足。

尾韻（Finish）

尾韻悠長，煙燻、鹽味與黑胡椒的風味緩緩散去，隨後浮現令人愉悅的柑橘清香，為整體增添一絲清新感。
