以色列第一家麥芽威士忌酒廠 | 快速熟成的創意典範

Milk & Honey Distillery（奶與蜜蒸餾廠）是 以色列第一家麥芽威士忌酒廠，由前噶瑪蘭顧問 Dr. Jim Swan 指導，迅速成為全球威士忌愛好者關注的焦點。酒廠位於 以色列特拉維夫，得天獨厚的氣候條件（超過 300 天日照，夏季高溫達攝氏 40 度）促進了威士忌的快速熟成，使 Angel’s Share 高達 10%。

酒廠採用與 Kavalan 同門的橡木桶管理技術，並大量使用 STR 橡木桶，展現豐富創意與獨特風味。他們的一桶一年酒齡的原酒曾被英國 Boutique-y 獨立裝瓶廠選中發行漫畫標，近期滿三年的單桶原酒更在 麥芽狂人網站 獲得 88 分的高分評價，國際聲量遠超同時期的蘇格蘭新酒廠。

酒款介紹

這款酒呈現迷人的 古銅色，熟成於來自蘇格蘭艾雷島的橡木桶，賜予威士忌濃郁的 煙燻與海潮感。這是一款 泥煤威士忌，適合純飲，也非常適合調製成 Highball。酒體平衡度極高，煙燻風味雖然明顯，但不會壓制其他層次的風味。

品飲筆記

  • 香氣：帶有明顯的鹹感，煙燻濃郁但不突兀，泥煤風味輕柔卻奔放，伴隨些微果香點綴其中。
  • 口感：呈現 艾雷島典型的甜泥煤調性，泥土感與灰燼感交織，油酯度極高，口腔帶有包覆感。隨後浮現辛香料、胡椒、香料餅乾與柑橘皮的層次感。
  • 尾韻：尾韻中等偏長，柑橘皮油、甜麥芽與泥煤完美結合，餘味悠長而迷人。

這款威士忌無論是泥煤愛好者還是想嘗試艾雷風格的初學者，都能愉快地享受每一口風味！
