▍ 酒款介紹

本作為 Signatory Vintage 旗下 Cask Strength Collection 系列單桶裝瓶。

蒸餾於 1992 年 11 月 19 日，歷經 28 年熟成後於 2021 年 4 月 20 日裝瓶。酒標標示為 Unnamed Islay，實際來自南艾雷名廠 Laphroaig。

熟成於 Bourbon Barrel #6772，全球僅 252 瓶，以 52.5% 原桶強度裝瓶。

長時間波本桶熟成賦予酒液純淨而深層的泥煤煙燻、碘感與海風鹹香，同時保有成熟水果與奶油香草層次，是一款結構厚實、風格經典的高年份艾雷單桶。

▍ 品飲筆記

香氣：
明顯藥感與碘酒氣息揭開序幕，海鹽與煙燻泥煤交織。伴隨檸檬皮、香草奶油與成熟蘋果氣息，隱約浮現乾燥海藻與灰燼調性。

口感：
酒體厚實而集中。煙燻泥煤、炭灰與藥草調性明顯，隨後展現波本桶帶來的香草、蜂蜜與柑橘甜感。成熟水果與鹹香礦物感形成鮮明對比。

尾韻：
悠長而溫暖。煙燻灰燼、白胡椒與海鹽氣息延續，最後留下甘草與淡雅橡木單寧。
