這款 Longrow 2007 11YO 是專為 Springbank Society 會員推出的限量版本。酒款於 2007 年蒸餾，並在 二次重炭燒的雪莉桶（Refill Re-Charred Sherry Butt） 中熟成了 11 年，於 2019 年 由 Springbank 酒廠的生產總監特別挑選，僅釋出 2,250 瓶，以 56.9% 原桶強度 裝瓶。

這款酒展現了 Longrow 系列的經典泥煤風味，搭配雪莉桶的輕微影響，展現了酒廠對於泥煤與桶陳平衡的高超掌控力。

品飲筆記

顏色（Colour）

深金色，帶有銅色光澤。

香氣（Nose）

沒有明顯的雪莉桶甜香，反而以木煙、海鹽、碘酒以及海灘營火後的冷灰燼為主調，展現濃郁的礦物感。

口感（Mouth）

酒精與酒體的融合度極佳，質地厚重而油滑。木煙味濃郁，伴隨檸檬和柑橘的酸香，以及冷灰燼、營火餘味、海鹽、碘酒及粉筆般的礦物背景風味。

尾韻（Finish）

尾韻悠長，木煙、柑橘、碘酒與檸檬的風味持續延展，令人回味無窮。
