這款 Tamnavulin 2012/2025 12 年單桶威士忌，是由 The Whiskyfind 與日本威士忌品牌 T.I.R. 聯名推出的珍稀酒款。T.I.R. 的理念源自 「Time Is Respected」，由三位日本威士忌匠人攜手創立，秉持對威士忌的熱情與初心，甄選全球優質單桶酒款，為威士忌愛好者帶來嶄新的品飲體驗。

來自 Speyside 的 Tamnavulin 酒廠，雖然大多數原酒供應調和威士忌，但這款以 Rum Barrel（蘭姆桶） 完熟的單一麥芽威士忌，展現了熱帶水果的甜美與糖蜜的濃郁層次。再加上 55.5% 原桶強度，讓香氣與口感更加集中且豐富，是一款兼具力量感與平衡感的佳作。

品飲筆記

香氣（Nose）：
熱帶水果的濃郁香氣撲鼻而來，伴隨蜂蜜、香草奶油與糖蜜的甜美氣息，還有淡淡的焦糖與花香，最後帶出一絲檸檬皮的清爽感。
口感（Palate）：
酒體圓潤且飽滿，展現出熱帶果乾與熟蘋果的結合，隨後是焦糖布丁與椰子絲的甜美層次，肉桂與淡淡白胡椒的辛香為其增添豐富的變化。
尾韻（Finish）：

Tamnavulin 酒廠位於蘇格蘭 Speyside 地區，創立於 1966 年，其名字意為「磨坊旁的山丘」。以產量穩定與細膩風味見稱的 Tamnavulin，單一麥芽版本相對少見，更多用於調和威士忌中。但近年來，酒廠積極推出多樣桶型完熟版本，探索雪莉桶、波特桶與蘭姆桶的風味魅力，為其經典的花果香基調增添更多層次與甜感。
