蒸餾於 2017 年，熟成於 1st Fill Bourbon Barrel（首次填充波本桶），2020 年裝瓶，酒齡 3 年，以 57.9% 原桶強度、無冷凝過濾方式呈現，全球僅 250 瓶。

Bimber 自 2016 年創立以來即以高品質小批量單桶聞名，快速在國際市場嶄露頭角。本桶不僅象徵 Bimber 首次由獨立裝瓶商發行，更在 Whiskyfun 取得 89 分 評價，展現年輕波本桶威士忌的成熟度與潛力。
