Torabhaig 酒廠位於蘇格蘭 Skye 島，於 2017 年正式投產，是島上第二座合法蒸餾廠。酒廠建於一座 19 世紀的石造農舍，結合傳統工藝與現代技術，強調每批次威士忌的精細掌控。Torabhaig 以 泥煤煙燻 為核心特色，受海岸環境影響，熟成過程中自然吸收海鹽、海風與潮汐的氣息，賦予威士忌獨特的「海洋性格」。

此款酒為 The Whiskyfind 精選單桶，展現 Torabhaig 的泥煤與海洋風格，迅速成為泥煤系愛好者的新寵。

品飲筆記

  • 香氣（Nose）：鹽烤白肉魚的鮮香，搭配哈密瓜的甜美、奶油與香草的柔和氣息，隨後是棗子、炭烤培根、柴火與檸檬皮的清爽煙燻感。
