Jura 酒廠位於蘇格蘭 Jura 島，這座僅有約 200 位居民的小島是蘇格蘭最偏遠的蒸餾地之一，卻以其獨特且多變的風味令人難忘。Jura 酒廠創立於 1810 年，後於 20 世紀中期重新復興，以生產兼具泥煤煙燻與果香甜美的威士忌為特色。Jura 酒款常因其礦物氣息、蠟質口感與濃郁層次被譽為「風味的冒險家」。

酒款介紹

這款 Jura 1990 30YO 是 Whisky Sponge 的 Edition No.16，蒸餾於 1990 年，熟成於 Refill Hogshead（再填橡木桶），於 2020 年裝瓶，限量僅 217 瓶，酒精濃度為 49.7% ABV。30 年的熟成時光賦予這款酒礦物與果香的絕妙平衡，展現了蘇格蘭島嶼威士忌的典範。

這支酒在各大威士忌評分網站上獲得了非常不錯的評價，成為不少威士忌愛好者的心頭好。其風味表現獨特，常被描述為介於 Clynelish-Springbank-Port Ellen 風格的三角區間，令人著迷且回味無窮。

品飲筆記

香氣
濕碎石、石灰岩石與皮革香氣開場，伴隨乾草與葵花油的細膩層次，帶有些許泥濘感。蠟紙氣息，隨後是綠香蕉、酸橙與橘皮的明亮果香。

口感
入口帶有明顯的柑橘風味，如檸檬皮與葡萄柚。接著是桉樹、核桃與一層泥煤與泥土氣息，綠茶、樹脂、蠟燭與些許薄荷，口感比香氣更為銳利。

尾韻
尾韻悠長，依然以柑橘的酸爽為主，並點綴草本利口酒的風味，餘韻複雜且持久。
