以比利時 Dubbel 為靈感基礎，結合英國酵母、麥芽與酒花，呈現深紅銅色酒體。風味層次豐富，帶可可、焦糖、甘草與淡雅胡椒辛香，伴隨成熟深色水果氣息與柔和烘焙麥芽感。口感圓潤溫暖，結構平衡，是一款兼具英國血統與修道院精神的代表作。

The first English Trappist beer, launched in 2018 and brewed by the monks of Mount Saint Bernard Abbey. Inspired by a Belgian Dubbel yet crafted with English yeast, malt and hops. Deep reddish hue with notes of cocoa, caramel, liquorice, gentle spice and dark fruits. Smooth, warming and beautifully balanced.
