About Distillery

The founders of London's Bimber distillery, Dariusz and Ewelina, moved from Poland to the UK in 2003, opening their distillery in the Park Royal area of west London twelve years later. Plazewski inherited his passion for whisky from his grandfather, who also distilled his own spirits. The company's first casks were laid down on the 26th May 2016, and three years later they released their first single malt in September 2019. This became the first whisky to be distilled and bottled in London for over a century.

成立於2015年的賓堡蒸餾廠Bimber Distillery，是當時倫敦百年來唯一新成立的麥芽威士忌廠，使用英國當地大麥，於橡木製發酵槽長達七天發酵期，酒汁蒸餾器和烈酒蒸餾器都是直火加熱。

Nosing: Apricot and sweet vanilla aromas

Palate: Cinnamon and peppery tones alongside fruity notes and cream
