▍ 酒款介紹

本作由 Elixir Distillers 旗下系列 The Single Malts of Scotland 精選推出，蒸餾於 2006 年 8 月 23 日，熟成 18 年後於 2025 年 7 月 7 日裝瓶。

選自 Refill Hogshead #307356，全球僅 268 瓶，並以 51.6% 原桶強度呈現。

補填豬頭桶（Refill Hogshead）讓酒廠本身的海岸泥煤風格得以完整展現，不被過度木質影響。整體風格乾淨、線條清晰，呈現 Caol Ila 經典的海風煙燻與柑橘果香平衡。

▍ 品飲筆記

香氣：
純淨細緻的泥煤煙燻，伴隨柔和海風與海鹽氣息，隱約帶有潮濕海藻調性。底層浮現柑橘皮、新鮮梨子與淡淡蜂蜜甜香，並交織些許堅果與拋光橡木氣息，展現典型優雅艾雷風格。

口感：
中等酒體，質地絲滑並帶輕微油潤感。煙燻麥芽與灰燼調性為主軸，搭配柑橘皮、青蘋果與一抹鹹味海風。波本桶帶來的香草與輕烘烤橡木增添溫潤層次，泥煤風味融合度高且不顯刺激。

尾韻：
中長尾韻，煙燻與淡淡海鹽氣息延續，伴隨柔和橡木辛香與最後一抹柑橘果香，完整體現 Caol Ila 細緻而清新的海岸酒廠風格。
