La Maison du Whisky and Signatory Vintage’s Plume collection launched in 2017, and stars a selection of first-fill

sherry cask-aged whiskies. 

This stunning version embodies the art and craft of the Caol Ila distillery, established in 1846 on the island of Islay. 

This 2013 vintage hits the sweet spot between peat and sherry and is highly reminiscent of the range’s 2020 Caol Ila 2012. 

Gathering in a continuous stream of complex earthy, smoked, maritime, fruity, chocolate and floral notes, its flavour and aroma profile ebbs 

and flowsfrom Islay to southern Spain and back again.
