Glentauchers - 黑白雙汪的果汁大冒險 3

此次Thompson Bros.選用來自格蘭道奇（Glentauchers）的單桶原酒。

格蘭道奇酒廠於1898年由James Buchanan與W.P.Lowrie共同創立。酒廠早期便與Buchanan旗下的Black & White「黑白狗」調和威士忌有所淵源，長年作為其重要的基酒來源之一，以清新明亮的果香與飽滿酒體，為調和威士忌提供鮮明的風味骨架。

此次酒標延續Glentauchers與Black & White「黑白狗」的意象，選用2006年蒸餾的單桶原酒，並於最後20個月轉入初填波本桶熟成，讓風味更添甜潤與馥郁層次。


香氣以鮮明的水果與白色花香為主軸，增添初填波本桶帶來的椰子、香草與奶油氣息；入口則展現豐富的水果軟糖與果汁感，甜潤飽滿之中穿插細緻辛香料、礦物，堆疊出更立體的風味層次。

整體風格乾淨、明亮，果味充沛而討喜，既保有酒廠標誌性的清新果香，也展現初填波本桶熟成後更加馥郁甜美的一面。

這一款風味乾淨、果香滿載的「好狗狗」威士忌。


品飲筆記

香氣：新割乾草堆、白色花卉、鹹香炸香蕉脆片、椰子、奶油、香草、水果沙拉。

口感：水果軟糖、礦物氣息、葡萄柚、燉煮梨子、丁香、醋栗、辛香料。

尾韻：相當悠長，多汁水果、青草氣息、辛香料、些許的木質底蘊。
