Tobermory 1994 28年單桶威士忌，是一款將復古年份、雪莉桶熟成與 Tobermory 經典風格完美融合的極致佳釀。這款威士忌以深厚的雪莉桶風味和 Tobermory 經典的海岸風格為特色，甜美的蜂蜜與雪莉水果香氣，搭配鹽味山核桃與焦糖布丁的濃郁口感，再加上甘草與牛奶巧克力的悠長尾韻，讓每一口都充滿驚喜與享受。

來自蘇格蘭Island of Mull 的 Tobermory 酒廠，以其獨特且極具辨識度的靈魂風格在威士忌界享有盛名。而這款由 Royal Mile Whiskies 精心挑選的 Tobermory 1994 28年單桶威士忌，是RMW威士忌近十年來首次推出的獨立裝瓶系列之一。

香氣（Nose）：
初聞為甜美的蜂蜜與全新皮革包的獨特氣息。來自木桶的強烈香氣，帶有浸泡在雪莉酒中的豐富水果香。鹹香的葡萄乾與油脂感十足的酥皮點心交織，帶來豐富且飽滿的香氣層次。

口感（Palate）：
入口後展現出濃厚的乾雪莉風味，質地豐富且具有嚼勁。鹽味山核桃的堅果香氣與甜味燒烤醬的濃郁層次緊密結合，最後焦糖布丁的甜美感則為整體口感增添了圓潤的結尾。

尾韻（Finish）：
尾韻起初帶有微妙的瀝青氣息，為整體品飲體驗增添了一絲奇特的趣味性。隨後，甘草與糖蜜的甜味逐漸浮現，最後以堅果味的牛奶巧克力與咖啡渣的細膩餘味畫下句點，餘韻悠長。

An old & heavily sherried selection for our first independent bottling collection in almost 10 years. This sherry butt was filled at the Mull distillery, Tobermory, on the 22nd of July 1994. Tobermory is one of those distilleries with a distinctive spirit style, and 1994 is a classic vintage (along with 1995).

Bottled this in May of 2023, making it 28 years old.

Staff Tasting Notes

Nose – Sweet honey and a brand new leather bag. Strong notes from the cask, smelling like rich fruits soaked in sherry. Coastal savoury raisins merge into oily puff pastry.

Palate – Heavy flavours of dry sherry. A chewy texture emerges, bringing with it salted pecans, sweet BBQ sauce and crème brûlée.

Finish – A subtle funky tar note which morphs into liquorice and treacle. Finally nutty milk chocolate and coffee grounds.
