Staoisha 2013/2025 是來自 Bunnahabhain 酒廠 的重泥煤版本，由 Thompson Bros. 精選並以 56.1% 原桶強度 裝瓶，熟成於 Oloroso 雪莉 Hogshead。與傳統 Bunnahabhain 的「無泥煤＋純淨海風」形象截然不同，Staoisha 自 2010 年代初推出以來，成為探索艾雷島另一種濃烈個性的代表作。

此款威士忌展現出厚重的泥煤煙燻與鹹鮮海潮氣息，搭配雪莉桶帶來的甜美層次，年輕卻充滿爆發力。酒標設計靈感來自酒廠周邊活躍的小紅鹿，象徵這款威士忌的靈動與鮮活魅力，突顯艾雷島毫不掩飾的原始風情。

香氣：番茄洋蔥醬的鹹鮮開場，隨之而來的是金桔、蜜汁火腿與金黃葡萄乾的甜美層次，濃郁土壤氣息與焦糖櫻桃相互交織，最後點綴皮革與煙草的厚實感。
口感：入口如正山小種紅茶的溫潤感，緊接著昆布的鹹鮮與濃烈煙燻，伴隨黑莓、煙燻豬肉與雪莉酒的豐富層次，口感飽滿而立體。
